On day 25 we are going to write about the things that don't scare us anymore. Wooo... now thats something to brag about. Fear is so crippling to so many of us Some of us are afraid of failing, afraid of what others will think of us, afraid of what success will do to us, afraid of trying... the list goes on and on and on.
The thing is we're on this selfceare journey to tell our fears that they no longer will rule us. A major part of self-care is finding the things that bring you peace and creating room for them. To do that we must remove the things that bring us fear, stress, or anxiety. Self-care is the remedy to combat those feelings. So today we are sharing what we are no longer afraid of.
