Quiet Quarters Return & Shipping Policy
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted for store credit only on eligible Quiet Quarters products.
• Items must be unworn (for apparel), unused (for candles, home goods), and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and postmarked within the same window to qualify.
Exchanges
• All other returns will be processed as store credit.
Final Sale Items
• All Final Sale, Sale, or Flash Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
• Promotional bundles and limited-edition collaborations may also be marked Final Sale on their product page.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please reuse your original Quiet Quarters packaging when possible to help reduce waste.
• Returns not initiated through our return portal will not be accepted.
Processing
• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• Store credit will be issued via email notification.
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage outside of transit will not be eligible and may incur a restocking fee of 30%.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at quietquartersllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• If a replacement is available, we’ll ship it to you at no cost.
• If not, you’ll receive a full refund for that item.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, the order will be treated as a return. A refund minus original shipping costs will be issued.
Price Adjustments & Cancellations
• We are unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases.
• Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made (including size, color, or shipping/billing information).
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
This policy applies to all Quiet Quarters products. Because our pieces are produced in limited runs, we encourage you to double-check sizing, fragrance selections, colors, and delivery details before completing your order.
