
Affirmations have become my favorite prompt from this 28 day journey. I've never really been an affirmation type of girl.. but I have really committed to using these affirmations throughout my day and they really help me to refocus when I'm feeling distracted, defeated, or need a reminder that I am worthy. Today we are pulling ourselves back from any negative thinking/ low vibrational actions.
"I AM SUPERIOR TO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND LOW ACTIONS"
you know the drill by now. Write this down and put it somewhere you can see it, and repeat the phrase throughout your day.
