On day 19 we will be affirming peace and balance. Sometimes we feel out of sorts about a lot of the things that are occurring in our lives. Life can often times feel like it's happening to us, and so many areas can feel quite out of our control. So we need this simple reminder...
"I am in harmony and balance with my life"
write this down somewhere you will see it often and repeat it to yourself throughout the day.
