Day 15- Quiet Time


Today we will be taking a break from distractions. We all love our social; whether it be Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.. I'm sure you spend quite a few hours of your day scrolling through other people's opinions and pics. Today we are giving ourselves a mental break from the world of social media.


TAKE A SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS TODAY

That's right.. for two hours out of your day you have to find something else to do to ease your busy mind. Read a book, talk to a friend, go for a walk, clean the house, listen to some music, focus on your workload... anything but wander back to your social media apps.


Hopefully this prompt gives you a little refresher and frees your mind from all the outside noise. Be intentional on whether you are struggling with this task and maybe right about your experience in your journal later.
