Day 13- Movement


You are nearly two weeks into this journey! I'm proud of you. On day 13 we are moving our bodies and practicing cardio & core work. Not too much, but just enough to feel active and remind yourself that you're alive.


Do 50 Jumping Jacks & 25 Crunches

Feel free to break them up into sets of 5 or 10 if you don't want to do everything in one swoop (I recommend trying to just knock it out- push yourself).


For those of you that are regularly active.. maybe you double the amount or just add this to your already established routine.


A part of self-care is taking time to move your body.... So lets get moving and have an amazing day on purpose!
