On Day 11 of this 28 day journey, we are taking the time to enjoy the vibes. Today is all about letting the music guide you.
LISTEN TO YOUR FAV PLAYLIST OR CREATE ONE WITH 5 FEEL GOOD SONGS
Everyone knows that some good music can change your whole attitude. A good song can bring you joy, make you feel more relaxed, or even trigger you emotionally. Today we are going to vibe out to the music that makes us feel amazing. Listen to your favorite playlist, artist, or curate a whole new playlist of feel good music.
It can be as little as 5 songs (you can build it as time goes on). Once you've set your playlist, give it a name that makes you smile; and return to it on the days you need a little pick me up.
