So we’re mixing the 2 together and celebrating Black Girls Practicing Self Care all month long with our 28 Days of Self-Care Challenge!
Everyday we’ll present you with a new self care prompt. Whether it be a journaling prompt, affirmation practices or a suggested activity - we invite you all to take the next 28 days and devote them to showing yourself some extra love & care (if you miss a day or 2 that’s fine.. the goal is to be more mindful of taking time for yourself throughout the month of February)
We’ve also created a weekly downloadable calendar available below so that you can plan ahead if you need to (we've got you covered). Calendars will be uploaded weekly to our blog, as well as a check-in to see how you're progressing.
We hope that this challenge serves you in all good ways, and that some of these prompts become more routine in your daily life.
