The Scented Gathering: A Mobile Candle-Making Experience Step into a moment of ease and creativity with The Scented Gathering — our intimate, all-inclusive mobile candle-making class designed for life’s most meaningful get-togethers. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a girls' night, hosting a bridal or baby shower, or curating a thoughtful company event, Quiet Quarters brings the calm luxury to you. You and your guests will create hand-poured candles using premium materials, guided through a relaxed, sensory experience that feels like self-care with your favorite people. What’s Included: * 3-hour in-person candle-making session * All supplies provided (vessel, wax, fragrance oils, wicks, labels + more) * Full set up and breakdown service Details: $60 per person Minimum class size: 16 guests Mobile service is available in the Philadelphia, PA tri-state area only Booking is simple: 1. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. An invoice for the remaining balance will be due 2 days prior to the scheduled event date. Invoices must be paid in full to secure your scheduled date and time We understand life happens and schedules change. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Need to add additional guest to the booking ? No problem. Please notify us at least 24hrs before the event so that we may prepare supplies accordingly. Fees for each additional guest must be paid prior to event and can not exceed the 25 participant maximum As this is a mobile service please make sure to notate any specific access information needed for the event location when completing the booking form ( i.e parking, steps only building, point of entry) . Online Bookings must be in the Philadelphia, PA Tri-State area. For bookings that require travel outside target area please email us at quietquartersllc@gmail.com
